Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive sales team performance to achieve sales targets
• Develop and maintain an effective sales organization through training and selection of sales professionals
• Build strategic customer relationships and identify new market opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience (preferred)
• 5 or more years of proven sales leadership experience as a top performer
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Experience in coaching sales representatives through the sales process
• History of effective team building and management in high-volume environments
