Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of Territory Sales Managers in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Territory Sales Managers, focusing on professional growth and quota attainment
- Own the team's sales targets, ensuring pipeline growth and forecast accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market plans and enhance customer value
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Understanding of SMB contractor markets, specifically HVAC, Plumbing, or related trades
- Proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales enablement or analytics tools
- Ability to work effectively across Marketing, Product, and Channel teams
