Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager - West Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead revenue generation and market expansion efforts across West Texas & Oklahoma
• Manage all aspects of the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
• Develop and execute a regional business plan using data and dealership relationships

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive fixed operations
• Proven success in territory sales or regional leadership roles
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with dealership leaders
• Experience managing a high-volume, field-based sales cadence
• Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably SugarCRM
