Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager - US (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full sales cycle within an assigned territory
• Meet or exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales quotas and performance metrics
• Conduct qualification and discovery to assess prospective client needs

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Ophthalmology or Optometry software sales
• Proven experience in business development and managing full-cycle sales processes
• Bachelor's degree
• Willingness and ability to travel 10-20% for trade shows and meetings
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales goals
