Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the Mid Atlantic region (Remote in IL/PA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers across various organizational levels
• Set territory goals and develop annual sales territory plans
• Manage sales through assigned distributors and independent representatives in designated territories

Required Qualifications:

• Four-year college degree, preferably in technical/engineering or business/marketing
• Five+ years of experience in outside sales account management in related industries
• Self-driven and motivated with a customer-focused approach
• Technically capable with strong questioning techniques
• Successful experience in key account management
