Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth and market penetration by managing dealer targets and building relationships
• Conduct regular sales updates and facilitate communication within the distribution network
• Ensure compliance with company policies and manage the sales pipeline with dealer sales personnel

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Agriculture or Business studies
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management with a proven track record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce experience preferred
• Ability to build trusted business relationships with dealers
• Experience in agriculture or working on a farm is preferred
