Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for MY South & Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, distribution, and spending objectives by managing secondary sales force activities
• Plan and review trade activities with Distributor branch Managers and assess performance quarterly
• Initiate promotional activities to enhance distribution and sales opportunities while ensuring compliance with merchandising standards

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in an FMCG background, preferably in distributor channels
• Degree holder in any discipline, or a minimum of a Diploma
• Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with others
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
