Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager - SLF.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Senior Sales Executives to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Provide coaching and development to staff to achieve their sales goals
- Participate in recruitment and maintain a qualified candidate pool for future hiring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA and/or JD preferred
- 4+ years of experience in a successful sales or account management role
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the legal market
- Experience with coaching sales processes and product training
- Experience selling AI SaaS products is highly desired
