Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager - West.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned accounts and develop customized business models
• Manage retailer sales, inventory, profitability, and execute marketing strategies at retail
• Maintain relationships with key accounts and initiate new key account development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of sales experience with 3 years in key account management; footwear experience preferred
• Strong understanding of retailer financial metrics, including sales and inventory management
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High level of motivation, initiative, and professionalism
