Job Summary

Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, the full-time Regional Sales Manager will drive sales of Henkel's LOCTITE Flame Control brand products in the polyurethane foam and commercial markets, while working remotely and collaborating with industrial distributors.

Key responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and manage existing customer relationships
  • Conduct training sessions and demonstrations for industrial customers and architects
  • Develop and implement territory management and growth plans aligned with business strategies
Required qualifications
  • 5-10 years of sales experience in polyurethane foam or intumescent coatings
  • A four-year college degree
  • Experience in value-added selling with a successful track record in the industry
  • Ability to deliver training material confidently in front of groups
  • Self-starter with strong territory management skills
