Job Summary
Driving revenue growth and strategic alignment with key neo cloud customers, the full-time remote Principal Regional Sales Manager will own the SSD/NAND engagement strategy, lead complex commercial negotiations, and serve as the primary business interface between customers and the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and execute the SSD engagement strategy in partnership with business units and executive stakeholders
- Lead revenue, volume, forecasting, pricing, and contract negotiations for assigned accounts
- Build deep customer relationships and align strategies across executive, technical, and operational levels
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of experience meeting or exceeding sales targets in the storage industry
- Proven experience selling SSD and NAND solutions into complex customer environments
- Strong negotiation skills with experience managing pricing, contracts, and supply commitments
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Excel
