Job Summary
Leading sales initiatives for the Energy and Industrial Infrastructure Business Unit, the full-time Regional Sales Manager will manage a team of representatives across a large territory, developing growth plans and optimizing distribution channels to achieve revenue targets exceeding $29 million.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee sales activities across 12 or more states, managing team performance and development
- Develop annual growth plans and assess the performance of third-party representatives
- Create mutual growth plans with strategic distribution partners and lead customer negotiations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred
- 7-10 years of technical sales experience, preferably with global manufacturing companies
- Proficiency in data analysis, MS Office, and basic SAP knowledge
- Strong understanding of market channels, customers, and product lines
- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and shift priorities as necessary
