Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager, this full-time position will manage a team of Client Executives and Territory Managers while driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and client relationship management in the credit card processing industry, all within a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage Client Executives and Territory Managers within the designated territory
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain client records in CRM to increase revenue streams
- Assist team members with the sales cycle, including closing deals and equipment installation as needed
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of recent B2B cold calling, networking, and closing experience
- At least 3 years of recent experience in the Merchant Processing industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing direct reports
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting and interviewing team members
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in an outside sales role
