Job Summary

Driving revenue growth for mid-sized law firms, the full-time Regional Sales Manager will lead a team focused on acquiring new customers, upselling, and retaining existing clients while managing recruitment and providing coaching and training to Senior Sales Executives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieve sales quotas and renewal targets while driving online revenue growth
  • Ensure territories are fully staffed and participate in recruitment efforts
  • Provide coaching and training to direct reports to enhance sales performance
Required qualifications
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience; MBA or JD preferred
  • 5-7 years of successful sales experience in a Business to Business marketplace
  • Sales management experience, preferably in the legal market
  • Experience with coaching sales processes and product training
  • Strong understanding of the small law channel and market dynamics
