Job Summary
Leading a team of Territory Sales Managers, the full-time Regional Sales Manager will drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth in the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical contractor segments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and develop Territory Sales Managers to achieve professional growth and quota attainment
- Own the team's sales targets, ensuring pipeline growth and forecast accuracy through disciplined sales processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market plans and enhance customer engagement
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of progressive sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring role
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Understanding of SMB contractor markets, specifically HVAC, Plumbing, or related trades
- Proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales enablement or analytics tools
- Ability to work collaboratively across Marketing, Product, and Channel teams
