Job Summary
Driving new business sales, the full-time Regional Sales Manager will manage the full sales lifecycle, converting prospects into customers while working remotely and traveling as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle within an assigned territory, meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Conduct qualification and discovery to assess prospective client needs and deliver product demonstrations
- Manage a pipeline of leads, building strong relationships and providing timely follow-up throughout the sales cycle
Required qualifications
- Experience in Ophthalmology software sales or significant experience in a healthcare practice
- Proven experience in business development and managing full-cycle sales processes
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong relationship management skills with a customer-first approach
- Willingness and ability to travel 10-20% for trade shows and meetings
