Job Summary
Driving revenue growth in the Oracle Energy & Utilities sectors, the full-time Regional Sales Manager will develop and close new business, manage a defined territory, and engage with executive-level clients while collaborating with internal teams remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of Elire's value proposition and align with leadership on territory strategy and revenue targets
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic prospecting and account planning
- Close new business and expansion deals by progressing opportunities through the sales cycle and collaborating with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in exceeding sales quotas in IT consulting or enterprise SaaS environments, particularly within the Energy & Utilities sectors
- Experience in selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions with extended sales cycles
- Strong skills in territory and account planning with a track record of strategic execution
- Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications, ideally with direct experience in the Energy & Utilities industries
- Exceptional communication skills at the executive level, focusing on value-based selling approaches
