Job Summary
To support the Equipment Finance Division, the full-time Regional Sales Manager will originate equipment-based loans by building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing the underwriting process, and overseeing portfolio management, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Developing a business strategy to establish a network of relationships for sourcing new equipment finance opportunities
- Managing relationships with existing and prospective borrowers, including qualifying prospects and leading negotiations on loan structures
- Assisting with collections and customer service requests while representing the company in the assigned territory
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 to 7 years of experience in equipment-based finance or a similar industry
- Proven outside sales experience preferred
- Strong credit fundamentals within a banking or finance environment
- Demonstrated ability to generate and close transactions in the $1 million to $50 million range
