Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise Sales for a fully remote position in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Close large, complex enterprise deals by working with senior Talent Acquisition and Human Resource leaders
  • Generate new clients and increase revenue through cold calling, lead follow up, network connections, and trade show events
  • Represent the company at industry events and tradeshows and work with the Product Team on client requests
Required Qualifications:
  • At least eight (8) years' sales experience in the HCM & SaaS or assessment industry, preferably in the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Industry
  • Experience calling on accounts for clients with 10,000+ employees
  • Proven ability to work self-directed and be proactive with strong business acumen
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of software applications/systems
  • Superior negotiating skills and attention to detail
