Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Corporate Sales to generate new business with Enterprise level companies across their region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of the sales effort including prospecting, opportunity qualification, contract negotiation, and account hand-off
- Develop account plans to generate net new logos and increase sales revenue
- Design and execute strategies to sell into Enterprise
Required Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience selling SaaS products to large and complex organizations
- Experience in the Assessments, Human Resources, or Talent Management industry preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and building successful client sales organizations
- Experience in building strategic, executive-level relationships with Enterprise customers
- Ability to drive results by increasing revenue and sales productivity throughout a territory
