Job Summary
To drive growth in the Equipment Finance Division, the full-time Regional Sales Manager - Equipment will originate equipment-based loans by building relationships with clients and managing the underwriting process, while working remotely across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Developing a business strategy to establish a network of direct and intermediary relationships for sourcing new equipment finance opportunities
- Managing relationships with existing and prospective borrowers, including qualifying prospects and negotiating loan structures
- Assisting with collections and customer service requests while representing the brand in the assigned territory
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 to 7 years of experience in equipment-based finance or a similar industry
- Outside sales experience preferred
- Strong credit fundamentals and experience generating and closing transactions in the $1 million to $50 million range
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
