Job Summary

Leading a regional team of Account Directors, the full-time Regional Sales Vice President will drive revenue growth and ensure excellence in pipeline management and strategic negotiations, with the opportunity to work remotely or from locations in Charlotte, NC, or Houston, TX.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional team to consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Own pipeline health and ensure appropriate coverage and deal progression across the region
  • Drive forecast accuracy and accountability, leveraging data to identify risks and opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant sales experience in the enterprise software industry, including 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in exceeding ARR targets in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic deal leadership and negotiation with executive-level engagements
  • Strong track record of driving consistent sales process adoption across distributed teams
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com and data-driven sales management
