Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales for the Great Lakes Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to drive sales
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed objectives
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in insurance or employee benefits
  • Proven track record of managing regional territories and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems for sales management
  • Strong background in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
