Regional Security Operations Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time Regional Security Operations Lead, the successful candidate will manage physical security operations at datacenters and related facilities, oversee security teams across multiple countries, and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate risks and enhance security measures, with flexible remote work options available.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery and performance of a large contract/vendor security guarding program, ensuring workplace health and safety
• Attract, develop, and retain talent while providing strategic direction for security planning and incident response
• Collaborate with peer teams to align security operations with organizational strategies and initiatives

Required qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in Security Program or Program Management or related field
• Ability to meet Microsoft and customer security screening requirements
• 4+ years of people management experience
• Industry security certifications such as CPP or PSP
• Experience with regulatory and industry compliance frameworks and audits (e.g., ISO27001, SOC, PCI)
