Regional Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support a multi-billion dollar enterprise in the HVAC industry, the full-time Regional Senior Accountant will manage complex accounting activities, ensure compliance with GAAP, and support month-end close processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and review journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support the month-end close process and prepare analytical reviews for assigned entities
• Identify and recommend process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity or high-growth organization
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA or CPA eligibility is a plus
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control principles
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) and intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated success in month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
