Regional Senior Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing delivery team, the full-time Regional Senior Associate for Italy, Southern Europe, and Africa will manage high-value custom requests, ensuring seamless execution of cultural experiences while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end journey for custom and high-value regional requests, from initial qualification to closing the sale
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and advisors, ensuring proposals are commercially sound and operationally feasible
• Maintain expert knowledge of the regional portfolio to support product development and improve operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in travel, hospitality, or a comparable client-facing commercial role
• Proven experience in selling or building custom, high-value travel proposals
• Native-level English and Italian written and spoken communication skills
• Deep familiarity with and passion for Italy, including 3+ years of relevant experience
• Comfortable working with data and technology, including CRM and AI tools
