Job Summary
Owning high-value custom requests from inquiry to booking, the full-time Regional Senior Associate for Italy, Southern Europe, and Africa will manage client relationships, ensure operational feasibility, and maintain an accurate regional portfolio, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end journey for custom and high-value regional requests, ensuring commercial soundness and operational feasibility
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and advisors, proactively managing proposals and tracking progress
- Analyze regional trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve client experiences and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in travel, hospitality, or a comparable client-facing commercial role
- Proven experience in selling or building custom, high-value travel proposals
- Native-level English and Italian proficiency, both written and spoken
- Deep familiarity with Italy, including 3+ years of relevant personal or professional experience
- Strong technical proficiency with CRM and booking platforms, and comfort with data analysis
