Regional Senior Associate
Job Summary
To support the execution of exceptional cultural experiences, the full-time Regional Senior Associate for Italy, Southern Europe, and Africa will manage high-value custom requests from initial inquiry to confirmed booking while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end journey for custom and high-value regional requests, ensuring proposals are commercially sound and operationally feasible
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and advisors, maintaining expert knowledge of the regional portfolio and managing communications with experts
- Analyze regional trends to identify pain points and provide actionable recommendations for improvement across operations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in travel, hospitality, or a comparable client-facing commercial role
- Proven experience in selling or building custom, high-value travel proposals
- Native-level proficiency in English and Italian, with strong judgment in client communications
- Deep familiarity with Italy, including 3+ years of relevant experience
- Comfort with CRM and data analysis, including the ability to build and interpret reports
