Regional Senior Associate
Job Summary
To support the Delivery team, the full-time Regional Senior Associate for Italy, Southern Europe, and Africa will manage high-value custom requests from initial inquiry to booking confirmation while maintaining operational efficiency and client relations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end journey for custom and high-value regional requests, ensuring proposals are commercially sound and operationally feasible
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and advisors, maintaining expert knowledge of the regional portfolio and managing expert communications
- Analyze regional trends to identify pain points and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in travel, hospitality, or a comparable client-facing commercial role
- Proven experience in selling or building custom, high-value travel proposals
- Native-level English and Italian written and spoken proficiency
- Deep familiarity with and passion for Italy, with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Comfortable working with data and technology, including CRM and AI tools
