Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Service Manager (Metro DC, MD & DE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Customer Service Engineers to maximize customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and achieve financial goals through revenue generation and cost control
  • Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and provide escalation support for issue resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of experience in a directly related field
  • Professional knowledge of financial profit and loss statements
  • Experience managing large, remote, employee-based territories
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record over the last three years
