Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Service Manager to oversee a team of service technicians for EV Charging stations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise field service technicians in daily operations
Assist in strategizing and planning schedules for service technicians
Monitor work order completion and address escalated customer issues

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in a related role, including troubleshooting and field operations
Demonstrated leadership experience in supervising or mentoring team members
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus
Electrician or Foreman experience preferred
Journeyman Card is a plus
