Regional Service Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Service Manager to oversee a team of service technicians for EV Charging stations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to field service technicians and manage day-to-day operations
• Assist in strategizing and planning daily schedules for field service technicians
• Support the service team in addressing escalated customer issues to enhance customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in a related role, including troubleshooting and field operations
• Demonstrated experience in leadership or guidance roles, including supervision and mentoring
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus
• Electrician or Foreman experience is preferred
• Possession of a Journeyman Card is a plus
