Regional Services Manager

Job Summary

Focusing on the installation and service of utility distribution and Smart Grid projects, the full-time Regional Services Manager will manage customer coordination activities, oversee project teams, and drive technical solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee installation and service operations for utility projects, ensuring system acceptance and maintenance
• Manage project teams, including recruiting, training, and providing guidance to team members
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining communication with stakeholders and senior management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in utility operations, with 2 years in a management role
• Proven ability to manage large remote teams and drive organizational culture change
• Experience with project management from initiation to completion, including risk assessment
• Strong strategic relationship-building skills across various organizational functions
