Regional Supervisor PFC Personal Financial Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Supervisor, PFC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise Personal Financial Counselors (PFC) to ensure consistent service delivery and program compliance
• Coordinate with Points of Contact (POCs) for installations and provide feedback to the Program Management Office (PMO)
• Oversee PFC counseling and ensure appropriate coaching and utilization of resources

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of financial counseling experience post-certification
• Minimum two years of documentation, oversight, management, and supervisory experience
• Current certification as an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)
• Must be a U.S. citizen and speak fluent English
• Bachelor's degree required
