Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic talent recruitment strategies to support aggressive expansion plans
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the QSR, Restaurant, Hospitality, or related industry
  • Experience in recruiting for positions from entry to executive level
  • Proven track record of meeting monthly hiring targets as a remote recruiter
  • Preferred degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday
