- Drive full-cycle recruitment efforts for management positions while maintaining company standards

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the QSR, restaurant, hospitality, or related industry
- Experience conducting searches for positions from entry to executive level
- Proven track record of meeting monthly hiring targets as a remote recruiter
- Preferred degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
