Job Summary

A cloud-based solutions company is seeking a Regional Technology Sales Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive team performance to meet or exceed quota
  • Lead, train, coach and manage the day-to-day operations of a remote outside sales team
  • Lead the team through managing the sales cycle, from generating leads through closing

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel expectation (when travel resumes after COVID is behind) is up to 50% travel
  • 5+ years high performing software sales experience, leadership experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a Sales related field preferred
  • Recreation Management Software experience
  • Advanced trainer/educator with an ability to reach an audience of differing skill levels
