Job Summary

Managing regional training coordinators and team trainers, the full-time Regional Training Lead will oversee onboarding and training for new hires, ensuring a high-quality experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage regional training coordinators and team trainers to ensure alignment with Training & Onboarding processes
• Oversee the onboarding and training process for new hires, ensuring timely progression through required learning paths
• Monitor training data and metrics to identify knowledge gaps and propose targeted interventions

Required qualifications

• Experience in training, enablement, onboarding, or related operational roles
• Demonstrated ability to manage people and drive accountability across distributed teams
• Working knowledge of learning management systems such as Docebo or equivalent
• Experience with Jira or similar project/workflow management tools
• Passion for improving employee onboarding and training experiences
