Job Summary

To support operations training execution, the full-time Regional Training Manager will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs while collaborating with various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment based in either New York City or Philadelphia.

Key responsibilities
  • Assess learning needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify development opportunities
  • Design and develop engaging training content, including workshops and e-learning materials, in partnership with subject matter experts
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, contributing to leadership development and employee growth initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in learning and development, training, or instructional design
  • Experience administering or working within a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Proven ability to develop training programs and learning content
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design practices
