Job Summary
To support operations training execution, the full-time Regional Training Manager will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs while collaborating with various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment based in either New York City or Philadelphia.
Key responsibilities
- Assess learning needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify development opportunities
- Design and develop engaging training content, including workshops and e-learning materials, in partnership with subject matter experts
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, contributing to leadership development and employee growth initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in learning and development, training, or instructional design
- Experience administering or working within a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Proven ability to develop training programs and learning content
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design practices
