Regional Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Training Specialist to support and implement training programs within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison to operational groups and coordinate all aspects of the training program
• Evaluate and direct training needs for regional projects, ensuring best practices and timelines are met
• Monitor and improve training programs and logistics, providing updates to leadership as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Computer Science, Business, or Engineering
• 4-5 years of related experience; 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity preferred
• Knowledge of Epic, ERP, Supply Chain, and systems training preferred
• Experience in a healthcare or educational setting preferred
• Project Management experience preferred
