Job Summary
Driving client engagement and market expansion, the full-time Regional Transportation Growth Leader will develop and execute growth strategies for the Atlantic Gulf region, focusing on business development and managing key client accounts, with a preference for candidates located within the geographical area.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth objectives and strategies for the assigned market sections
- Lead client management efforts, including account planning and relationship development
- Achieve annual sales goals by partnering with cross-functional teams and executing strategic business development plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in business development and market strategy, including 5+ years in a senior role
- Proven ability to lead market growth and client development strategies in the AEC or professional services market
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes
- Experience in professional services, AEC, or consulting industries specific to the assigned market
