Job Summary
Leading a team of enterprise sellers, the full-time Regional Vice President will develop sales strategies, engage with customer executives, and drive revenue growth in the remote banking and financial services sector.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives for regional banks and credit unions
- Analyze market potential and create strategies for installed-base expansion and new business
- Engage directly with customer executives to model value-based selling and sponsor key deals
Required qualifications
- Proven success in selling to regional banks and credit unions with an established network
- First-line sales management experience or readiness for a leadership role as a top-performing Account Executive
- Deep understanding of community and regional financial institutions and their regulatory environments
- Experience in consultative selling to operations and compliance buyers
- Strong ability to communicate complex concepts, including AI and automation, effectively
