Job Summary

Leading a team of enterprise sellers, the full-time Regional Vice President will develop sales strategies, engage with customer executives, and drive revenue growth in the remote banking and financial services sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives for regional banks and credit unions
  • Analyze market potential and create strategies for installed-base expansion and new business
  • Engage directly with customer executives to model value-based selling and sponsor key deals
Required qualifications
  • Proven success in selling to regional banks and credit unions with an established network
  • First-line sales management experience or readiness for a leadership role as a top-performing Account Executive
  • Deep understanding of community and regional financial institutions and their regulatory environments
  • Experience in consultative selling to operations and compliance buyers
  • Strong ability to communicate complex concepts, including AI and automation, effectively
