Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Vice President - Consumer.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and manage the activities of the Enterprise Account Executives to exceed revenue goals
• Coordinate and lead regular pipeline reviews, meetings, and training sessions for ongoing improvement
• Attract, hire, onboard, and retain top sales talent while managing sales activities and forecasts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of enterprise software sales leadership experience
• Proven track record of influencing and empowering employees to achieve objectives
• Experience demonstrating SaaS/cloud-based software solutions for various business lines
• Strong record of exceeding sales quotas in a sophisticated sales environment
• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree
