Job Summary

Leading a successful Sales Team, the full-time Regional Vice President will drive sales strategies and best practices to achieve and exceed quotas in the North EMEA region.

Key responsibilities
  • Guide the Sales Team in implementing sales methodologies and utilizing the CRM system effectively
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to Account Executives on prospecting techniques and account management
  • Conduct business reviews to assess performance, identify growth areas, and support team development
Required qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve large sales deals in a hyper-growth startup environment
  • Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data security principles
  • Experience with consultative selling methodologies and identifying new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in managing CRM systems and sales support processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple responsibilities
