Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team of Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives, the full-time Regional Vice President will own regional strategy and revenue performance while driving organizational growth in the Northeast region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Directors to build effective sales teams
- Own regional bookings and ensure consistent attainment of revenue targets
- Execute go-to-market strategy to drive pipeline growth and new customer acquisition
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including leadership of sales managers
- Proven success in exceeding revenue targets within high-growth software organizations
- Experience in building and scaling sales organizations targeting Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 clients
- Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies, including MEDDPICC and Force Management
- Demonstrated ability to recruit and retain high-performing sales leaders
