Regional Vice President
Job Summary
Overseeing multiple venues in a designated territory, the full-time Regional Vice President will manage general managers, ensure financial success and operational performance, and drive client retention and new business, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure legal, efficient, and profitable operations of assigned venues
- Generate and review financial reports, including budgets and P&L statements
- Lead conflict resolution and labor negotiations as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related major
- 10+ years of food and beverage experience with at least 5+ years in leadership roles
- Experience in fast-paced arenas, ballparks, or stadiums is preferred
- Valid Food Handler's certificate and Alcohol Service Permit as required
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems
