Job Summary
Providing executive leadership and strategic direction, the full-time Regional Vice President will manage financial performance, operational success, and client relationships within a designated territory, ensuring exceptional service and profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the financial performance and operational success of hospitality and food service operations within the assigned territory
- Lead client business reviews to foster strong partnerships and drive client satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to achieve growth and enhance the company's market position
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit food service or hospitality management, with at least 5 years at a senior regional or executive level
- Demonstrated success in financial management and strategic planning
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and build strong leadership pipelines
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Austin, San Antonio, or Tampa markets
