Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Vice President, Customer Success and Development, Inside Regions and Small Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a high-performing regional team to achieve customer success outcomes
  • Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions from sales to onboarding and ongoing support
  • Manage financial resources and operational processes to drive efficiency and scalability across small accounts


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience
  • 10+ years of management and operations experience, with at least 5 years in Customer Success or Professional Services
  • Proven track record managing large teams (20+ direct/indirect reports) and complex workforce structures
  • 8+ years of experience in small account management or customer success with a focus on scaled engagement models
  • Strong experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, and data-driven decision-making
