Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of Directors and Enterprise Account Executives to drive growth in the gaming industry
- Develop trust-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure long-term success in North America
- Lead North American Enterprise growth plans, ensuring forecast accuracy and a high-growth business
Required Qualifications
- Experience building high-growth sales teams for enterprise customers in big data, Cloud, or SaaS Sales
- Proven history of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth Enterprise software companies
- Understanding of value selling and structured methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger)
- Knowledge of developing partner ecosystems to grow strategic enterprise territories
- Success in implementing strategies for usage and booking-based sales revenue models
