Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Vice President, Gulf.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high performing sales organization by managing talent and fostering a customer-centric culture
- Drive strategic sales growth through annual planning, market analysis, and effective pricing strategies
- Optimize sales structure and performance by evaluating territories and staffing to maximize profitability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or STEM from an accredited university
- Minimum of 10 years of industrial product sales experience, preferably in electrical or heavy industrial markets
- At least 5 years of sales team management experience
- Experience in cross-functional roles such as product management, supply chain, or program management
- Proven experience with P&L responsibility and strategic planning
