Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or STEM from an accredited university
  • Minimum of 10 years of industrial product sales experience, preferably in electrical or heavy industrial markets
  • At least 5 years of sales team management experience
  • Experience in cross-functional roles such as product management, supply chain, or program management
  • Proven experience with P&L responsibility and strategic planning
